Challenge
A large-scale conservancy in East Africa required an integrated security and aerial surveillance programme — covering UAS deployment, ranger force development, and real-time Command and Control intelligence.
Scope of Work
Black Star Global designed and operationalised the full programme, encompassing UAS platform deployment with DJI Enterprise Matrice thermal payloads, operator training through KCAA-certified instructors, ranger force selection and induction, and establishment of an integrated Command and Control capability feeding real-time intelligence to conservation management.
